LEVERAGE, The LSCU Service Corporation, is seeking a Business Analyst for its Tallahassee, Florida, or Birmingham, Alabama location.  Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & Business Development, this position will research and investigate new products/services for LEVERAGE to offer credit unions; conduct cost analyses; prepare business cases to identify gaps, costs, return on investment, etc.; keep current on industry trends; evaluate existing product/service offerings; become product champion for new initiatives; conduct due diligence on product/service providers; and, prepare recommendations for management.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.  Five years' experience in the financial services industry, specifically in a research role, preferred.  Working knowledge of credit unions a plus.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.  Experience with statistical software, such as SPSS, preferred.  Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.  This role will require the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, so exceptional organizations skills are a must.
